Cole Bauer

Mr. Bauer has over 20 years experience in the engineering and construction of technically complex industrial projects. He is responsive to clients needs throughout the duration of the project. As the Director of Engineering, he is responsible for the execution and development of all designs and documentation prepared by the engineering team.

Cole has a broad range of project experience including existing condition evaluation, mechanical system development, industrial mechanical systems, clean room systems, chilled water systems, steam systems, refrigeration systems, equipment specifications, and heat transfer and moisture load calculations. As part of project execution he develops energy cost budget analysis, and Life Cycle Cost Analysis, fire protection design, plumbing and lab waste design, construction administration, including RFI responses and shop drawing review and project engineering.
