Jim Farrell

Mr. Farrell has over 30 years of experience in architectural design, and project management of commercial and industrial buildings for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industries. As the CEO, he is responsible for overall execution of technically complex projects across a wide range of facility types including manufacturing, analytical and development labs, packaging, distribution and support spaces.

Jim is an NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) Certified Architect licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, California, Delaware, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia and is a LEED Accredited Professional in both Building Design and Construction (BD+C) and Interior Design and Construction (ID+C).

He has significant experience in code compliance with an emphasis on hazardous material handling and processing, cGMP compliance, modular construction and cleanroom design. He is responsible for the overall technical content and quality of design for all projects completed by the Farrell Partnership.
