Executive Office Area

The Executive Office Area retrofit at L’Oréal Franklin Manufacturing Facility is a 5,200 sf area used by the plant’s senior management. Home to the Vice-President and Controller, these offices date back to 1982. The project included the demolition of the original, thirty-two year old office configuration.

The design called for six (6) new project offices, three (3) workstations and two (2) conference rooms. The size and scope of this project allowed for Farrell Partnership to provide innovative designs to handle the specific program requirements. All new furniture systems were selected and all interior design was completed in-house as part of the project.

Farrell Partnership completed the full interior design for the new offices including architecture, furniture and finish plans, mechanical and electrical engineering.
